Entity formation and documentation
Where requested, Elite U.S. MD coordinates the formation of business entities and prepares operational documentation to support the client’s business objectives. Clients remain solely responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory advice appropriate to their specific circumstances.
Independent medical directors
Medical Directors introduced through Elite U.S. MD are independent licensed healthcare professionals who exercise their own independent medical judgment. Elite U.S. MD does not direct, supervise, or control a Medical Director’s professional judgment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescribing practices, or other clinical activities.
Medical Directors are not employees or agents of Elite U.S. MD. Each Medical Director is solely responsible for maintaining licensure in good standing, professional liability coverage, and compliance with the professional practice standards applicable to their license and state.
No medical advice or patient care
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no content here should be used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Elite U.S. MD does not practice medicine, deliver healthcare services, or perform Good Faith Examinations. All clinical determinations rest exclusively with the licensed provider responsible for the patient.

Billing, coding, and credentialing
Unless expressly agreed to in writing, Elite U.S. MD does not provide insurance credentialing, medical billing, coding, claim submission, revenue cycle management, or payer reimbursement services. Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, payer requirements, billing regulations, and professional practice standards.
Business structures and compliance
The establishment of a business structure, professional corporation, management services organization (MSO), or related agreements does not constitute a legal opinion or guarantee of regulatory compliance. Compliance depends on the client’s ongoing operations, implementation, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
No professional relationship
Nothing contained on this website creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, physician-patient, or other professional relationship between Elite U.S. MD and any visitor or client. Engagements are governed solely by the terms of a fully executed written agreement.
