Each question carries a body_system and a time_window tag. That’s how the exam knows to ask about aminoglycosides in the last fourteen days for a neuromodulator, and isotretinoin in the last six months for a laser — and how it knows not to ask either one during an IV drip. Manufacturer contraindications are built into the logic, not left to whoever is running the front desk.
When a patient is booked for more than one treatment, the algorithm merges the sets and removes the duplicates — so a patient getting filler and laser on the same visit answers one exam, not two.
